I admit part of the reason I made an appointment was because of the name of the salon :-) This place is now my “happy place”. The coffee was good and the atmosphere was so nice- love the decor and the vibe! The owner was so welcoming and Abby did a great job on my nails. Thank you for a lovely experience, see you again soon!

I keep going on repeat because is the cleanest salon I have ever been.They follow all protocols for the tools used not like most places that just use some alcohol to disinfect.Attention to detail and great selection of colours.They forgot my paraffin wax as part of the pedicure and they contacted me to bring it to my attention.That’s excellent customer service.It is a bit more on the expensive side but the best and cleanest I have been so far in London.(and have been to many)

This was the WORST customer experience in my life. This master was 3in1: nail master, a receptionist & a barista. She had to leave me to serve customers on the till, or check in the ones that came in, or make coffees & teas for others. I would have to sit and wait for her to return. She didn't put any effort into work because she was in a rush. But worst of all, the manicure and gel application were done so badly, my nails look SO UGLY now, I want to cry! Will redo my nails at another salon!!!
