This is a really lovely venue. Super staff and they take their hygiene seriously. I received a French manicure: whilst it was applied well, I wish the technician asked me about the base colour before applying as the flesh tone looks off on me. Another reason why I took a star off is for their cuticle removal. Whilst precise, I realise they didn't look as clean as desired once I left the salon- one region in particular was left super rough. Not sure if I would return!

The salon is nice, bright and clean but the service itself is very much like any other cheap nail bar. The young guy who did my nails barely spoke to me at all, except to tell me off for moving my hands or using soap at the sink.
It has a lot of potential to be a great salon but I think the therapists need to work on their customer service interactions.

Really pleased with my gel removal + manicure. The removal was done with an electric file, which I love and is so rare in London salons who are all still using foil (yuck). Great choice of bases and quality products.
