I always appreciate the overall experience at Rachel's. Been going there from the time it first opened and the team always work hard to make sure I am happy with the service and the beautiful nails and feet I leave with!

An absolute disaster from start to finish. Made to wait for our appointments by 15 and 45mins; had multiple technicians completing a single job! Despite being a repeat customer treated with disrespect and indifference. Cannot manage expectations and deliver within a timeframe. Will not be recommending or coming back- clearly don't know how to value or treat customers; highly frustrating
