An absolute disaster from start to finish. Made to wait for our appointments by 15 and 45mins; had multiple technicians completing a single job! Despite being a repeat customer treated with disrespect and indifference. Cannot manage expectations and deliver within a timeframe. Will not be recommending or coming back- clearly don't know how to value or treat customers; highly frustrating

I love getting my nails done at Rachel’s. They greet me with a smile. Good range of colours. Comfortable chairs for pedicures and relaxing music playing. Always a treat!
