The day before Christmas, I arrived on time for my appointment, which requires significant time and effort for me to prepare my hair. When I got there, the stylist had just begun working on another client. After I mentioned that my appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM, she laughed it off. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend, don’t waste your time.
