Great experience, from start to finish! Very professional. I don't normally wear a lot of make up and was concerned that I would look and feel like myself. I needn't have worried. Rachel listened to what I wanted and tailored the make up to suit my needs.
I would definitely recommend Rachel and I am looking forward to my next appointment.
Rachel is a great makeup artist, she's very professional and has great product knowledge. She listens to you and gives you exactly what you want. Highly recommend
I'm usually nervous about getting makeup done by others incase it's too OTT as I know too many girls with the exact same look due to how they get their makeup done, I just want to look like a better version of me, not like everyone else, but I also worry about allergies as I have very sensitive skin.
That wasn't an issue with Rachel. I first met Rachel at a fashion show so I knew she was a professional, and I'd heard she was doing bookings and bridal makeup etc too.
She is friendly without being intimidating and she makes you feel comfortable. But what I really personally like is if you've got allergies or sensitive skin she knows her stuff, very clean and she assesses your skin type, face shape, what you like to go for product wise etc and what you're looking for if wanting something a bit different look wise, and shows you how to make it work for you and enhance things.
She doesn't just throw your make up on, she actually puts it on in a way that you feel like your learning so you can try create the look yourself which helps too. I find the way she puts make up on makes features look better, like a more polished version of me and knowing what products were used is great.
I'd highly recommend her, whether you're looking for all out glam or whether you're someone like me looking for something natural but with a bit of sexy etc. Professional makeup without spending a fortune too. Totally worth it.
