Long time since I've been Rachael's and first time for a eyebrow and eyelash wax and tint. Made to feel welcome. Steph explained process throughout and kept asking if I was ok along with consulting how dark a tint I wanted. Left not realizing how untidy my eyebrows were. Happy customer and would recommend.
