Since reopening , Rachael has been amazing, she still manages to make the atmosphere relaxed and luxurious despite the fact she is wearing PPE, and does such a good, thorough job with any treatment, while giving advice on aftercare and any issues experienced. She is a true professional and the new section of the salon looks perfect.
