Aya was welcoming. I believe she tried to deliver but the results could be better. I already had lash extensions from Belgium that looked beautiful so she just had to fill them in. She left bits of my right eye because she didn't finish on time. I had dried glue chunks on the middle of my lashes & several came off just by brushing. I was asked twice by the staff to pay again at their clinic even though I paid via Treatwell in advance. My mom's lashes after mine were a disaster.

This was a complete rip off. My mother almost cried. The lash extensions my mother got were below average and not even close to what we asked for. The glue was done messily. We found dried chunks on her lashes. Her skin was pinched several times and the glue also got in her eyes, so she endured a lot of pain through a session that went on too long. They changes from classic to hybrid without our consent and charged us extra for this and the for the extra time they took to do an incompetent job.
