Overall the facial was good, however for a deep facial cleanse I was disappointed that our faces were not steamed nor did we receive extractions. Maybe this can be implemented or the name of the facial be renamed so as to avoid any confusion.

My appointment was at 11am for one hour deep cleanse facial with steam, treatment started 20 minute late, facial was actually normal cleanse, scrub and mask without any steam or removal of white black heads, when i asked about steam and black head removal answer was thats part of their hydra facial only. facial was only 28 minutes long not an hour as sold. I can’t see any difference in my skin or face complete waste of time. Staff was nice and friendly and try to engage throughout.
