The massage was good, however a few negatives would be:
My treatment should have been 12-1pm, she didn’t call me into the room until 12.10pm, yet she still finished the massage at 1pm.
You could hear music blasting throughout the building, there was no relaxing music in the room,
making it hard to relax, I could also hear the conversation in the next room.
The treatment finished quite abruptly, she said “it’s finished now, you can clean yourself with that towel” and walked out the room.

Taz was very friendly and worked really hard to do my lash extensions. I’m not sure how long they are going to last, as it’s been a couple of days and they are already starting to fall out. Would have liked some aftercare information as it was my first time getting them but forgot to ask. Overall looked good and very natural. Place is lovely and usually empty

The place looked nice and I was offered a hot drink by a lovely lady at reception. However, the masseuse used gloves which made me wonder whether she thinks her clients are dirty? I asked why she wore gloves but she didn’t answer. She didn’t take direction when I asked her to focus on certain trouble areas, she lightly stroked more than actually massages knots out. All in all disappointing massage, will not come again.
