Turned up for my appt 30 minutes earlier (as requested) but wasn't seen until the original appt time anyway. Was set up in a room that 'wasn't usually used for appts' & the lash lift was terrible, took over 90 mins, made absolutely no difference, just staining on my eyelids & tint in my eyes. I requested a refund as was not in a position to revisit & lashes began falling out. The salon said they'd get back to me RE a refund but have now blocked my number so I can't contact. DO NOT VISIT.

I did my nails from them . First thing they dont have any nail bar or table .. they asked me to sit on pedicure chair which was very uncomfortable later.. they used primark glue on my nails .. after 5 days of nail treatment. My nail start coming off . When i aksed them i need to speak to manager they never responded
