I went for 2 treatments for my back with Vicky and Scott. Both were excellent and reassuring. Both were exceptionally helpful with me as I was less mobile and every bit of their attention was on me making sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout it. I would highly recommend r&r wellness especially if you have a bad back/injury and wanting some help to ease it.

The massage was amazing, Emma is very good at putting you at ease, very good at her job, I am still aching two days after but feeeeel so much better and not as tight and knotty, booked in for follow up massage, would definitely recommend this lovely business😊
