I was so disappointed by my lash lift and eyebrow wax I had just before Christmas. My eyebrows were different shapes. eyelashes all stuck together, the eyelash tint was all over my eyes and I left looking like I had two black eyes! the process wasn't enjoyable and my eyes wouldn't stop streaming. I’ve had this treatment many times before at other salons and never had this experience. Once they stopped streaming and I managed to get all of the tint off my face the lash lift wasn’t noticeable.

Cancelled appointment 15 minutes before I was due to leave home. Not best pleased as I was going on holiday. Have said that will not be using Services again as this is the 3rd time that this has happened. Appointment was booked in plenty of time.
Can’t rely on service.
