What a wonderful experience! Mandi is professional and compassionate, which is exactly what you want when putting yourself in someone's hands (quite literally!). Beyond this, and most importantly, his knowledge and expertise is exceptional. I went for a massage and I came away with more information about my body than I've ever received from all the physios and osteopaths I've worked with over the years, combined! I'm truly greatful to have found someone I can trust to work with going forwards 🙏

Had such a great experience! I went in with numerous issues - mostly stemming from a years old injury. Mahdi spent so much time assessing and understanding all my issues. He worked through all my knots and gave me lots of exercises to go away with. It’s only the start for me but I feel in very good hands. Can’t recommend enough!

Really great professional treatment. I thought I had an ankle sprain but with assessment the diagnosis was overuse of my peroneal tendon. I had a 30 minute sports massage to help with recovery and a comfortable amount of pressure was applied. Range of movement and pain is already better after a couple of days. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much.
