Mahdi was fantastic as always. I don’t even have to tell him where the pain is. He finds it right away and puts pressure on all the correct spot. He spent extra time to show me stretches in practice as well theory. Amazing .

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Imogen! Her knowledge was fantastic, she explained to me why I was experiencing the muscle issues I had, and was brilliant at communicating what she was doing throughout the treatment. A couple of days on and my back and shoulders feel SO much better, she has worked magic as far as I’m concerned! Thank you Imogen :)
