When I got there my appointment wasn't on there books as the girl who deals with the Treatwell site was away. I explained I had booked through Treatwell. After they explained the situation they still made space for me. I would definitely recommend them. As for Treatwell I would still ring the company you book through them to check booking

Really nice salon, stylist was lovely and listened to exactly what i wanted. Gave me a really nice dry cut for such a good price I thought I had misheard at first! Would recommend/visit again.
