Different - I had lymphatic drainage massage and there was no oil used at all. I am not sure if this is expected but I never had a massage with no oil
before.

Leo gave me a fantastic sports massage, he asked me so many questions to truly understand my concerns and goals and he even took time after the massage to show me exercises and stretches I should be doing. Will be back soon!!
