I had the best sports massage at R&D Wellness. Ryan understands the technique very well - the massage was not painful and at the same time it really helped with my sore muscles. I am definitely coming back!

I took my time reading reviews on Treatwell before deciding to book in with R&D Wellness and I wasn’t disappointed. Ryan asked me what I was there for and was very attentive and talked me through exactly what he was going to do. A ‘full body MOT’ was what he called it and it certainly felt like that when I left! I couldn’t recommend him more, he made me feel comfortable and at ease despite the trigger points and I will be booking in on a recurring basis
