I found myself interested in osteopathy due to my history in sports (football specifically), and after having reoccurring injuries, osteopathy helped me personally return to a level if not the same but better than before having the sports related injury. This, therefore, being an area of interest and speciality of mine. As I am and active person myself (constant gym goer and runner) I aim to provide the same care to my patients, using active rehabilitation and strengthening alongside manual therapy to provide care to my patients and prevent them from reoccurring pain/ injuries.
