I enjoyed my appointment with Nancy so much! It was truly relaxing and I left feeling fresh and new - partly because of my first haircut since September, but mostly because she was incredibly thoughtful and calm with everything from the wash to helping me decide on the length/style I wanted. I was disappointed as the cut I requested, with photos of my previous short hair, was definitely not at all the same as her cut. I did comment on a number of occasions that it wasn't short enough. We ran out of time for her to correct it.
