This was my first visit to this salon, Natalie made me feel so at ease, talked me through the treatment step by step, I loved my hair when she had finished, so much that I’ve booked my daughter in, lovely atmosphere, and felt really safe with COVID safeguarding in place

As ever the Quintessentials Team provide amazing customer service they are all very welcoming, always make sure my mum and I are well looked after. Natalie is very professional, provides a good consultation and advice and an excellent hairstyle and colouring. The salon is very clean and Covid safe, I am so impressed by all the precautions, staff take client's temperature and provide hand sanitiser on arrival, chairs are socially distanced and staff wear full PPE. I would definitely recommend.
