Quintessential provides unbeatable and exceptional customer service. The standard of hygiene and Covid awareness is high, staff wear full PPE, my temperature was taken on arrival and hand sanitiser provided, customers also wear masks. I felt very safe as they had taken so much trouble about this. They are a lovely, friendly, hospitable team and ensure a home from home atmosphere and pampering experience. The talented Natalie did a fantastic job with my colour and cut, which I'm very happy with.
