Last minute appointment went swimmingly! On time, experienced staff, nice little salon, easy to park over the road in a side street... and most importantly my hair stayed up all day at the races in the heat- Thank you! J

Utterly brilliant! This is a friendly, professional salon, and my friend and I were really impressed by how warm and genuine the staff were. We arrived really late for our appointment, having misjudged the traffic completely, but we were not hurried or rushed in any way. Our requests were listened to absolutely, and the results completely exceeded our expectations - we both had different dos, and they looked amazing! We're just disappointed now that we don't live in Liverpool - if we did, we'd be swapping salons immediately!
Quintessentials is a lovely salon in every respect, and our hairdos were incredibly good value for money. We are already planning on booking there before Ladies Day next year (but we promise we'll be on time!) - and a huge thank you to Quintessentials for everything!
