My first time visiting and honestly the worst nail experience I have had in so long, the technician used his own nails to clean around mine (until I asked him to stop as it was so hygienic) and used used his incredibly long nails to hold my fingers in place. I was so uncomfortable and have never wanted to leave an appointment so quickly.
