We did not have good communication. I asked not to have my nails filed but to be cut instead. He was very grumpy with me and not happy about me making requests. Although my nails were under the drier for a long time, they were not set and by the time I got home the polish was all ruffled up. I think this is because so many layers of polish were put on without drying in between. I will have to have them redone.
