Chose a colour and was told it would be an extra £5 which I was not prepared to pay, more expensive colours should be in a separate basket. I was also informed that they don’t take card only cash!! So I had to go to the ATM in the rain and get cash, they should have a big sign up stating that they don’t take card. I will stick to my usual salon going forward even though it’s out of my way.
