I had an excellent experience during my facial appointment. The environment was incredibly clean, relaxing, and well maintained, which immediately put me at ease. She was extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable about every step of the process. She explained what she was doing and why, and her confidence and expertise made me feel completely comfortable. I also truly appreciated how welcoming and attentive she was from start to finish.

I had a Hydrafacial and Microneedling treatment at Quidsia Al-Noor Aesthetics, and the experience was amazing! Negin was very descriptive and thorough, clearly explaining every step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening. As I sometimes struggle with English, she took the extra time to explain everything again in German including the treatment steps, what to expect during each stage, and my aftercare instructions. This made me feel completely at ease and confident throughout
From the initial consultation with Negin, I found the client care exceptionally thorough. Negin went through all the options and processes of different types of peels and which one would be the most appropriate for my skin type. I never felt rushed during the consultation which made me feel reassured about the services offered.
My first treatment was a light peel which felt relaxed. I am looking forward to the next treatment in a few weeks time. I highly recommend this salon.
