Only did top of bikini line, not the sides because apparently that would have been a brazilian. I've had many bikini waxes before and they were all more thorough than this. She didn't hold skin taught at all which made the whole thing more painful.
Nice room and therapist, but not a good wax.

Not very relaxing given a kids' class of some description going on upstairs and while the therapist was very nice and polite, it was no better than my partner could have provided - I don't believe she had studied massage as such and understood the different muscles, pressure points etc
