Very welcoming, thorough in explaining the process and after care. Would have preferred the couch to be hidden from view whilst having the piercing done , as opposed to customers seeing you so vulnerable.

Arrived 5 mins earlier to a closed studio. The woman showed up 10 mins late to the appointment and let us in.
I prepaid online using treatwell and they couldn’t find the booking on their system and had to call the other branch to confirm.
Even though I prepaid as the piercing was a gift for a friend I was with, they made me pay £15 extra on the day as they used a ‘sparkly’ piercing. We were informed after the fact…
Not happy about this as I was left with no choice but to pay extra
