Vanessa is so professional and made me feel at ease. She is very thorough in her work. This would be the second time i have had a piercing with her and she is amazing! I would highly recommend this place for both piercings and jewellery!

Very welcoming, thorough in explaining the process and after care. Would have preferred the couch to be hidden from view whilst having the piercing done , as opposed to customers seeing you so vulnerable.

Arrived 5 mins earlier to a closed studio. The woman showed up 10 mins late to the appointment and let us in.
I prepaid online using treatwell and they couldn’t find the booking on their system and had to call the other branch to confirm.
Even though I prepaid as the piercing was a gift for a friend I was with, they made me pay £15 extra on the day as they used a ‘sparkly’ piercing. We were informed after the fact…
Not happy about this as I was left with no choice but to pay extra
