Terrible. Shop was closed down. No answer on the number and i cant get through to anyone for a refund of my £50.

I was charged for this treatment but when I turned up the mail at was empty and deserted and the phone number was dead. Treatwell also can’t get through to them and I haven’t been refunded more than 48 hours later. I think treatwell should be checking on their salons regularly- this was a massive and expensive inconvenience. I’ll think twice about using treatwell in the future.
