Had such a wonderful time at Queen of Hearts, Vanessa is terrific. The only issue was that she suggested changing my treatment from a blow dry to a dry style due to the rainy weather. Unfortunately the styling fell out within an hour of me leaving, even though the rain had stopped. I'd definitely go back but would stick to my guns about getting a blow dry.

A cute little spot with a lovely owner, but it seemed a bit overbooked, with technicians dashing between treatments. I was recommended a lash lift instead of extensions, which I opted for. Didn't quite have the effect I'd hoped for, but a good option for someone looking for a more natural look.
