The ladies here are really friendly and professional, however, my experience was somewhat by clouded by several factors. I booked to have my hair cut by the owner of the salon, and was instead given a more junior member of the team. I had deliberately selected the owner as I knew she would have more hairdressing experience. I mentioned this, but nothing came of it. Although my hairdresser did a good job, she took several more inches off than I asked - it went from a trim to a major cut.
