Had a similar experience where I went in for extensions and after a chat, went for the LVL lift instead. They are less dramatic in their look and unfortunately, mine have seemed to drop a fair bit after only a week.
The staff were friendly and lovely but there are two things that I think would benefit making the ambiance slightly more enjoyable: proper music system with speakers (even Bluetooth ones) and changing over the paper on the chair that you lie in for the treatment in between customers.

Hairdresser visits are usually really stressful for me—the lighting, loud music, stylists complaining about the state of my hair! Queen of Hearts is the complete opposite. Vanessa is thoughtful and lovely to speak to and the decor is so airy and light. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.
