Vanessa was great and friendly, and she gave me the natural looking eyelash extensions that I wanted! Very happy with them and will come back for infills soon.

Unsure if they'd overbooked, but I had 3 different services from 4 different people-none of whom I'd originally booked with. The services mostly turned out well (esp the eyelash perm), but explaining in advance the change would've gone a long way to eradicate any confusion. My eyes were closed during part of the treatment, so was unaware when people were going/coming. This was very stressful as I had to re-explain things/multiple people for the same procedure. Will give another chance in future.
