The facial was ok but I booked a deep cleansing facial to get rid of black ad white heads. I would have expected steam to be used in order to unclog pores and make it easier to do extractions. Other than that therapist was attentive and pleasant.

Lashes look great when first done and was extremely pleased with the result, however they fall out very quickly; less than a week since getting them done and they look really gappy. This has happened twice now so not sure if I will continue with them
