It was my first time at Queen of Hearts and while I was a bit confused on the location (it’s quite hidden away in a residential area), my experience was great. I was the last booking of the day and the shop wasn’t busy when I got there which was a relief. I went on a Monday, when they apply a 10% off. I had a great pedicure, exactly what I expected. While there I decided to get a manicure as well. I will definitely go back!

Booked in night before, I had no idea what to do with my mess of over bleached curly hair and she was so brilliant. Super friendly knew exactly what she was doing and recommended loads of stuff for me to keep my curly hair looking it’s best - best hair cut experience for a long time, couldn’t recommend enough!
