I love this salon. Vanessa is always friendly and professional and her work is always excellent. She always talks to you about the treatment so that you get what you want from it. She’ll also recommend additional or alternative treatments if she thinks they will suit you better, although never in a pressuring way. I really appreciate her advice because sometimes I’ll want to try a treatment, but am not sure it’s for me. I’ve followed her advice a few times and haven’t regretted it.

When I say I want my nails cut short I don’t mean that the skin under my nails has to show until it becomes really painful. They don’t know how to cut or file your nails, they didn’t have a shape. The girl tried to cover it up with some cuticle oil and was very rude about me complaining. Asked for clear nail polish and didn’t have the time for that as they were 20 minutes late. Will not return.
