Lovely little salon, with lovely and qualified staff. I went with an idea for a haircut, but the lady advise me otherwise based on her expertise, and the result couldn't be better. Absolutely recommend.

I absolutely love Queen of Hearts. It's my one-stop for all things beauty in Belsize Park. I do a very simple hair trim, but always have a great experience with Vanessa and everyone else on her team. Vanessa is amazing, honest and gives great overall advice. I've also gone to Queen of Hearts for nails, facials, and waxing. I've had a great experience across the board.
My only comment would be that it looks just a little worn inside because everything is white so hard to keep perfectly clean. I think that is why some people felt the salon was not as clean as it could be.
