Vanessa is an experienced therapist, and she is very friendly and helpful. The result is very satisfying, though my skin is so sensitive that the waxing caused some irritation. However, Vanessa has kindly responded to my request and has given my some tips on calming down the redness on my skin. Furthermore, she offered me some genuine advice on my lashes, and I would definitely visit again for my eyebrows.

Vanessa is a total pro. She knows her stuff, gives a great cut and blow dry and is the sweetest person. And it's a bargain! I always leave Queen of Hearts feeling fantastic.
