The patch test was fine. I then turned up for my actual eyelashes appointment (which I’d prepaid £50 for) and the venue was closed. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt incase something urgent had come up but I went and asked the shop next door who said the person is unorganised and this happens all the time, she’d just left and had clearly forgotten about the appt. I honestly wouldn’t waste your time. Also both phones are switched off so I cohldn’t even get into contact with the salon. Absolutely gutted as this was for my birthday and really hoping I get my money back :(
