I booked a shellac manicure through Treatwell, which stated the appt would last 45 minutes. My booking was for 11:15, but the nail tech was finished by 11:30 — only 15 minutes! The whole experience felt rushed and careless. The manicure looks sloppy.

The nail technician treated my feet with respect bearing in mind my toes are getting older and need special care. The pedicure was life saving and the colour went on well.
