We paid for a manicure and pedicure. I only received the manicure. I decided to forfeit my pedicure time so my girlfriend who is associated to this booking could get her nails done. She had booked for 11 and by 11:50, still not been seen. We had to be elsewhere so I gave up my pedicure slot so she could get her nails done. However, we have not been reimbursed for the pedicure as we paid prior to the appointment for both treatments.

An appointment was booked but I was not seen till over a hour later. The reason for booking an appointment is to ensure you can plan your day accordingly. I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure I was not late. However, the staff either accepted walk in's during the time of my pre-booked appointment or double booked without informing me.
