Arrived for my appointment on time but then had to wait a further half an hour before they were ready for me. They set me up for a pedicure even though I’d booked gel polish for my hands. The finished job had some bubbles in it and they chipped within a day, a week later they don’t look good. Was charged £36 instead of the £26 gel polish I’d booked online because they’d given me a manicure as well as polish, but they didn’t explain this to me before they did it, but I didn’t have time to argue.
