I normally always attend and enjoy my spa pedicure at Queens however today someone new did my pedicure (this is no problem at all) however the water was cold despite saying not much was done to change the temperature, despite paying for gel on treatwell I was asked to pay more for french tip this is normally £2 extra and no problem however today this was £5 extra
