Accommodating staff. Walkins welcomed however the people who took time to book an appointment are feel the consequences because they end up waiting for the booked appointment. For instance I had to wait 30mins for my appointment. Everyone that walked in they told them have a seat. Cream on hands without washing after being handled by another hand without gloves is poor hygiene.
