I’ve been a loyal customer at Queen 153 Nails for over 2 years and regularly tip the staff, but the recent customer service has been horrible. Despite booking a specific technician, another staff member did my nails. The team were very unprofessional, mocked my accent, and spoke about me while laughing. I was even charged extra for their mistake. Extremely disappointing service and I won’t be returning
