I had standard manicure with polish, booked appointment online but had to wait half an hour to be seen. No massage, after the nail polish was applied, sat with my hands under the fan for 20 Min and by the time I stepped out and grabbed my handbag, the nail polish smudged on my thumb so it wasn't dried properly. Even though I requested normal polish it seems like gel was applied but not cured under UV. By the end of the day, I had the polish peel off. Can send pics if need be, very disappointing
