BIAB on nails was lifting within a week. 20+ mins wait after apt time.
They did to not realise I booked mani and pedi, I had to ask for my feet to be done and wait again for someone else.
Uneven French tip lines, crooked nails, uneven lengths - I asked for tips to be added to broken nails to even them out.
I had to ask for top coat to be done again as it wasn’t done to the base, or cured properly so lacked shine.
The attention to detail was lacking, I feel nail techs either have it or they dont
